Terms of Service

The service

Bilagsmappa helps businesses collect receipts and card statements, extract data, match transactions and prepare export packages.

The service is intended for business use. You must have authority to bind the organization you register.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for actions taken under your account.

You must provide accurate company information and keep billing details current for paid plans.

Customer content

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant Bilagsmappa a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service.

You must not upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to process.

Plans, billing and taxes

Paid features require an active subscription. Prices, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown at purchase.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access, malware, spam intake abuse or attempts to bypass plan limits.
• No use that violates applicable financial, privacy or export-control laws.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material breach, non-payment or security risk.

You may delete a company or user account through in-product controls. Export important data before deletion.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated extraction may contain errors; you remain responsible for accounting decisions and final exports.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised with support; unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of Norway unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise customers.
